One of my favorite places is Park City, Utah. Especially in the summertime.
For Shaeler's Birthday, we headed up the mountains to play.
A well known landmark is the Alpine Slide. There are lots of different rides up there and we bought passes for the kids to do them all. Here we are standing in line to ride the chair lift up for the Alpine Slide.
As we were riding up, my nephew Robert started panicking as the chair lift had stopped for about 15 minutes. He was using every excuse in the book to try and get off that chair lift. We were suspended 20-30 feet in the air, he was not going anywhere. He tried to use the excuse that he just "had to go to the bathroom!" Brian told him to stand up and unzip his pants, cuz we were not going anywhere at that point. He caught on and took it like a trooper the rest of the ride.
Shae and I riding down the slide.
Next we went to the trampoline that suspended you in the air with bungee chords. This was a lot of fun for the kids. The jumped 4 times as high as they normally can on any ol' trampoline.

Morgan was an old pro. She was doing flips and tricks. I was amazed because she cannot see well without her glasses. She did a great job.

looks like your crew had a great time.
Park City is fantastic and it looks like you all had a ball. Did you get the chance to do the coaster up there? If not, try it on your next adventure up there. You won't regret it!!!
Unfortunately, the coaster broke as we were doing the slide. I was bummed, but we got $40 back because of it. I was happy then! -Suzanne
I knew about the slide.. but I had no idea about all of the other stuff! What fun!! We'll have to add that to our "to do" list in the future!
I remembering having fun and it being really hot. I remember something about, is it a rooster or a chicken? Sorry you missed the other party, but we enjoyed your company.
Your dad and I found out that we can rent scuba gear for $25 each and renew some skills. I think we will make this a trip soon.
We can't wait for Shaeler to spend some time one-on-one with me and Bobbo. I am sure that her priority will be Morgan and Robert, but I'll take what I can get. We'll see you soon.
We love the Alpine Slide! We were just up there a few weeks ago. Fun place!
aw man, I love the alpine slide! It's been years...I need to re-visit. And looks like Shaeler had a fantastic birthday!!!
