Robert and Michelle's Wedding

This last week, we had the opportunity to attend a family wedding.

Brian's sister, Michelle, was married to Robert on March 4, 2011.

They chose to have a Vegas wedding and so we packed up our bags and drove south to support the happy couple.

It was so nice to meet Robert's side of the family, as they are the nicest people.

Here are some shots I took of the special occasion.

Michelle's Boquet

They were married at the Sam's Town Casino on the balcony.

Michelle's colors were lavender and black.

Pretty flowers.

Brian and his dad.  They look so much alike.

Michelle was a bit nervous before the ceremony.

After the wedding, we headed to a buffet for the wedding dinner.

All I have to say is that they had a dessert buffet with multiple flavors of hand scooped ice cream.

I almost fainted because I thought I had died and gone to heaven.

I told the ice cream server that I would be back for more after my first scoop, and he looked at me like "yeah right."

Let's just say, I proved him wrong.  It was AWESOME!

I am so excited for Michelle and I am thrilled that she found such a sweet guy.

Oh and I learned from Morgan that you can ask the guy at the ice cream station to make any of those flavors into shakes. Did you guys ever find a place for good cookies?

How fun you guys went down there to support them! I have been to Vegas many times and I have been to Samstown. I know exactly where you were. What a sweet wedding! I am happy for the happy couple!
