My Review: Love, Stargirl and Lead the Field

Last night I finished reading "Love, Stargirl" the sequal to "Stargirl." I loved this little book and being invited to see life from Stargirl's point of view. The first book, we observe Stargirl from Leo's perspective as a strange young woman who was never afraid to be who she really is.

The second book is Stargirl writing letters to Leo about her new life after she moves. One thing that kind of shocked me is how normal she felt when you saw things through her eyes. It was a really cute book and I loved being able to continue on with her life and story. Good read and a thumbs up here!

Second book I finished is called "Lead the Field" by Earl Nightingale. Brian received this from a friend of ours. it is a book about being positive in life and getting your goals recognized and accomplished. Nightingale is a Self-help guru and I really liked that all of his principles are in line with the beliefs that I have. I really liked this book and recommend it to anyone that needs a jump start in life and making a little money.

Which book did you like best? Star Girl or Love Star Girl? Tell Ann that she can read any book that I have. I don't have a lot, but anyone is welcome to what I have.

Everyone is finally getting healthy. A perfect time to see Shaeler.

I think I liked Stargirl better. I loved Love, Stargirl, but I prefer to see her from Leo's eyes. -Suzanne

Oh yay! I'm so glad that you liked "Love, Stargirl". It's been on my Amazon wish list for sometime, but I wanted to get it in the hardcover box set, and I can never find a hardcover copy at the bookstore. Anyways, I'm really glad you liked it because some of the reviews on it were mixed, and I LOVED "Stargirl". You always worry that the sequel might ruin the original. Thanks for the review!
