My brain is full right now. I have so many thoughts running through my head, I have a 30 second delay in falling asleep when my head hits my pillow. Perhaps writing them down will ease my drowsiness.
#1. Easter is HERE!! My favorite holiday and time of the year! Hooray! It feels even better than Christmas! Wahoo!
#2. I find it ironic that the meaning of my name is Lily. Hence the Lily is usually the symbol of Easter. #1. Easter is HERE!! My favorite holiday and time of the year! Hooray! It feels even better than Christmas! Wahoo!
The Easter Lily. For many, the beautiful trumpet-shaped white flowers symbolize purity, virtue, innocence, hope and life—the spiritual essence of Easter.
Yeah, I don't think it's a coincidence either!
Shae rented this from the library and has watched it 2,309,323 times. I don't mind, I am ready for summer!
#4. Reading the Book of Mormon in 30 days.
I did this last year and I loved it! April is just the best month for me to do this. I do read the BOM all through out the year, but I love taking the month of April and reading it like a book so the stories all fit together. That's 18 pages a day. Piece of cake. I have also decided to start a blog journal about what I read for the day and jot down any spiritual moments through out my day. I do this in my journal, but writing takes longer than typing. Plus, I can add pictures to my blog scripture journal. We will see how that plays out.
#5. Manti Temple
I am literally counting down the days until we get to visit the Manti Temple again! One of my favorites and I have been told to visit the cafeteria for dinner. Oh, how I long to go to the Manti Temple!
#6. Those of you that know me, know that I have a tradition of having a Christ Centered Easter. I have now began the preparations for my week. This year, a lot of my nieces and nephews are now 12+ so it will be so much fun to do the activities as though I am doing them with the youth that I get to serve with. I am so excited about some of my plans.

I might do the BoM in 30 days with you too. What a great challenge! I don't think I have done that since my mission.
I would love to chat with you about what you do the week of Easter. You always have fantastic ideas and I'd love to pick your brain.

Beautiful post Suzanne.
I can't wait to hear about all your special plans for Easter. It seems like I remember last year you went to a cabin and I see that in Ann's comment. That will be fun.
